In our Flow Yoga class we move pretty quickly through different yoga poses and the transitions are smooth and fluid. This means that throughout the entire class were performing a lot of active movements rather than holding poses for extended periods of time. Our flow class is a great class if you are looking to take your mind off of a long day at work while getting some physical movement in. Our flow class is a really fun way to start seeing these physical benefits of practicing Hot Yoga on a regular basis while also doing something that is good for your mind and your emotional health as well.In our classic Hot 26 yoga class we move through the same 26 postures and two breathing exercises each and every class.
