We hosted our first ever yoga retreat in beautiful Tamarindo, Costa Rica. We practiced yoga daily near our infinity edge pool with incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. The sunsets were breathtaking and we could hear the ocean waves from the villa. Our private chef and team prepared two authentic, local cuisine meals per day. We adventured to La Leona waterfall which we had to hike and swim through rivers to get to. We also enjoyed some cliff diving along the way and went zip-lining afterwards. We had relaxing beach days, and enjoyed local shopping, surfing, ATV rides and a catamaran tour where we saw and endless amount of dolphins! We also experienced an estuary tour where we spotted all sorts of wildlife including crocodiles, iguanas and baby monkeys. We can’t wait to travel back to Costa Rica again with our yoga family, Pura Vida!
